Acceptance of Terms

By using Witchies Grove, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Accounts

• You must provide accurate information.
• Keep your credentials secure; you are responsible for activity on your account.
• We may suspend or ban accounts for violations of rules or abuse.

Age & Eligibility

• To make purchases, you must be at least 18 years old, or have valid parent/guardian consent if allowed by local law.
• By purchasing or subscribing, you represent that you are legally able to enter this agreement.

Gameplay & Content

• Respect other users; do not harass or post harmful content.
• Do not exploit bugs or abuse game systems.
• Items and currency are virtual and have no cash value.

Digital Items, Virtual Currency, and License

• Virtual items, premium benefits, and virtual currency are licensed to your account, not sold to you as property.
• You do not obtain ownership rights in any game content, digital items, artwork, characters, or account entitlements.
• Virtual items and currency are non-transferable, non-refundable (except where required by law), and not redeemable for cash or real-world value.

Payments, Premium, and Billing

Premium subscriptions and other eligible real-money payments are processed by Stripe. By purchasing, you authorize us and our payment processor to charge your selected payment method.

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the next billing cycle.
• Prices, features, and premium grants may change prospectively with notice as required by law.
• All purchases are final except where refunds are required by applicable law.

Chargebacks and Payment Reversals

• If a payment is reversed, charged back, or flagged as fraudulent, we may revoke related digital entitlements (including premium access, virtual currency, or items).
• We may suspend or restrict accounts involved in abuse, repeated disputes, or payment fraud.

Intellectual Property

• All game assets, code, logos, names, artwork, and content are owned by Witchies Grove or its licensors.
• You may not copy, resell, scrape, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit the service except as expressly allowed by law.

User-Generated Content

• You are responsible for content you post and must have rights to share it.
• You grant us a limited license to host, display, and moderate your content to operate the service.

Termination

We may terminate access for violations. You may close your account at any time.

Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent allowed by law, we disclaim implied warranties and limit liability for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

Changes

We may update these terms; changes take effect when posted.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by applicable local law based on your jurisdiction and any mandatory consumer protections.
